Only given one star, because Ive had to. I would have given zero stars. Im sick to death of them always getting my repeat prescription wrong. Usually order my repeat prescription via email. So two weeks ago I put a repeat in, only to find out they changed their email address. THANKS FOR NOT LETTING ME KNOW. I have now ran out of a lot of medication. As for the staff, there are some nice ones, but afraid ruled out out by the rude and arrogant ones. A repeat was handed in yesterday. I reckon 14 days without medication. WHY OH WHY DID HILLCREST, BORRAS AND FORGE SURGEY MERGE. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER

I have just been in the queue for 40 minutes, I get through and then they hung up on me before I could even speak. Ridiculous

Phoned this morning at 8:30 to try and get a doctors appointment. Had a 10:15am slot. Arrived at 10am and booked myself in. By the time I sat down in waiting room, my name was called. Can't remember who I saw, Beth or Ruth. She was absolutely brilliant. Very thorough with my examination and diagnosis. Thank you again.

I haven't been able to get an appointment in over 2 years. If I do ever manage to get through to reception, which is often a 2+ hour wait on the phone, the staff are rude and dismiss you. I have entirely given up on ever seeing a doctor here.
