        Counter service closed when you need it!! People work you know during the day! And the app to submit cheque into account will not accept all types of cheques!

        spent half an hour chatting to someone online who had no clue about anything to do with banking. whats the point in having an online support chat when WE have to support the employees!

        Horrible service at Barclays Wrexham branch. Got there on a Friday around 3pm after work to deposit a US check and found the branch to be empty of any staff. After a while a member of staff got to me to inform me I would have to come back during the week 9.30-2pm only In order to deposit my check. Has this branch acknowledged the fact that people work??? So now I have to miss a day in work cause they dont have to staff to help customers?! Total lack of respect for people that work and cant make it in time to deal with things. Whats the point of having a branch if they cant deal with their customers? Will have to change bank cause cant afford to miss days in work every time I need to deal with a bank issue.
