        Rather than fix the problem they change the name its a plaster over job as for such a big company they lack leadership then the depts due to family housing should have dyed with there name its not morally right to recharge for two issues from 2008 then recharge for door locks on previous address when Id provided them with crime reference numbers. Also its a very disorganised company that dont seem to address there obligations
