Don't get fobbed off, be persistent, call everyday chase things up.
It can be extremely stressful feeling ignored and fobbed off, but its not personal.
However keep at them.
Eventually you will get an appointment or diagnosis.
It is what is is, over burdened, over worked case handlers, do not expect a call back from your care worker they never do.
Be patient, help yourself first, and god bless
