We have used Anthony at Elite Independent Mortgages for our first mortgage in 2020, and our re mortgage in 2023. As 2 young women, and first time buyers it has been such a relief to have Anthonys help every step of the way. He has always endeavoured to explain things clearly and kept in touch over any questions and concerns, understanding the stress and confusion mortgages can cause. We feel so safe in his hands and will definitely continue to use in the future and would recommend to anyone.

Misrepresented details to the insurance causing almost a year of stress after a very serious health condition. Due to them not informing life insurance of details we had discussed, and they have admitted we discussed, our claim is now void and cancelled by vitality! Not to mention the retrospective forging of documents, not available when I request them but magically available when solicitors do. Not to mention the total shambles with our mortgage deal. Avoid like the plague these are awful, shambolic and speaking to the manager of the tiny office is pointless, totally belligerent.
