I can't say I've got much good to say about this practice at all. Not including the reception staff, they are always polite, happy and helpful. As a practice, however, I've only ever had poor service unfortunately, getting appointments takes days. I've only had to use them when I've genuinely had too, only twice in over 10 years. I was once bed bound for a few days, because of severe back pain. And when I finally got to speak to a doctor, after 3 days of calls, I was told to just take paracetamol. On speaking to the out of hours doctor in the hospital, they were disgusted, and advised that I should have been on painkillers such as zappain as a minimum. It's as if it's an inconvenience to be seen.

My husband was poorly whilst on holiday on Anglesey. This health centre called back timely and gave him an appointment at 8.30 p.m. He was seen at that time and was examined and listened to and diagnosed. Both doctors were interested and caring. An excellent experience, thank you. We were then able to enjoy the holiday.

Twice now I have been to this doctors to see the out of hours team, in a single week, and they have been brilliant. I'm really impressed by their efforts, and even very early in the morning, they were exceptionally chirpy. They have my gratitude.
