Simon came to view the job outside working hours which these days is unheard of. He came up with options and it was for me to decide on the way forward. He was very professional in his approach. He has yet to complete the job. I'm sure it'll be a success.

I first found Simon through good reviews on Google when I had no water in the house. It turned out it was an issue with Welsh water. Simon didnt charge a call out fee. Which is rare. My bathroom was in a horrendous state and I was looking to install a new one. I contacted Simon about a month later. We went through designs and Simon was helpful with advice and what was within my budget. And had a good eye for what would look modern and fresh. Simon purchased and stored all the items I chose. I can get quite anxious about people I dont know being in my house but I gave Simon my spare key to come and go whilst I was in work so he could get on with the job. And I new I could trust him. The bathroom has just been finished today and I cant explain how happy I am with it. Every single detail is amazing and professionally done. I dont even feel like Im in my house when I go in there I feel like Im in a fancy hotel. No hidden costs or taking the mick which i think we all get nervous about. Simon even fixed one of my faulty doors which I hadnt even mentioned. My radiator in my spare room hasnt worked for years Id written it off to be honest as I was worried about cost and he fixed that too replacing the valve rather than having to replace a radiator. Besides the actual work that has been done Simon makes you feel comfortable when everything is a bit up in the air and you feel a bit frazzled with all thats going on and cleans up all the mess that goes with the work going on. Honestly I cant give enough genuine praise. And he will always be my go to man now.
