Outstanding Service I located a vehicle on Autotrader that fitted my specification and was competitively priced. I contacted Britannia Motors and made an appointment with Shane who was very knowledgeable and helpful from the start. Shane provided the car key and allowed my daughter and I to review the car at our leisure without pressure, whilst he completed his detailed appraisal of my vehicle for part exchange. The offer for my car was a little disappointing and wasnt as high as I would have liked, but Shane thoroughly explained the reasons for this and clarified the faults. However, the very competitive price of the car I was buying, which had a full-service history and low milage could not be matched from any other seller. After weighing up the deal Shane had offered, I made the decision to go ahead. Shane was very professional and polite and took extra time at the end to take me through the new vehicle functions. My daughter and I were very impressed with the expert service and advice, and we are very pleased to recommend Britannia Motors.
