Crystal Technology - Computer & Technology Support

Had a problem with my laptop and saw an advert for Crysrtal Technology, also heard afterwards from someone else who had used them and was very pleased. E-mailed Ryan and booked an appointment. He turned up at the house the next day and sorted the problem out very professionally and quickly. His price was very competitive and the fact he came out to the house was a big bonus. I would definately recommend him and will also use him again for other issues.

I recently ran into a complex challenge with my home internet setup which was beyond my (self-confessed generally quite competent) ability to solve. I contacted Crystal Technology and we agreed a home visit was needed to assess and unpack the problem in full. This happened promptly (same week) and I couldn't be any happier with the results. Ryan was spectacular. He demonstrated excellent technical knowledge and exceptional out-the-box thinking for a problem that needed sympathy for my specific home setup. We arrived at a solution that was implemented on the very same day. A brilliant result. Crystal Technology displayed outstanding customer service, professionalism and technical understanding - I look forward to using them again when I move home in the not-too-distant.
