Could not recommend Spencer Skuse & Potter more! Andrew and India dealt with the purchase of our first property and they were absolutely brilliant. Always contactable, whenever we had a question they would be back to us with an answer promptly, very thorough continually keeping us in the loop with where the sale was and any concerns they may have. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be using Spencer Skuse & Potter for any house purchases in the future.

We have just purchased our first house, and received nothing short of outstanding service from Andrew and India through the process of buying our home. We had a torrid time finding the right house, with 3 properties falling through over a 12 month period. Nevertheless, Andrew was always on hand to support us through any challenges and guide us through the purchasing process. Andrew is a great communicator, is always timely in his response to emails, and remains friendly yet professional in all correspondence. India was highly professional in her own right, and was very helpful in supporting us via email and witnessing the signing of documentation as required. My partner and I would be delighted to recommend Andrew, India and SS&P for their conveyancing services. We will certainly return to Andrew for conveyancing matters in future.

Andrew and his assistant were absolutely wonderful helping buy my new home. They were always at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had or explain anything that I wasnt sure of. My emails were replied to within minutes and I cannot but wholeheartedly recommend them .

We bought our first house last summer and Andrew was an absolute legend throughout the journey. Friendly yet still professional, he helped push through a few tedious hurdles in the process and thoroughly answered all our questions with the fastest email responses I've had the pleasure to receive! We highly recommend using this firm for any conveyancing work, they're well worth it.
