I received a very professional and caring service from Berry Smith. Costs were clearly laid out from the start. Communication was excellent every step of the way, with emails responded to promptly and with courtesy - explanations and advice were full and clear via both email and telephone calls. I therefore felt very supported throughout the whole process.

Not only did berry smith manage to get me to sign a contract on a vacant property that wasn't vacant, but they also kept hold of my deposit left me homeless and now apparently can't even answer my emails, if you want to pay a large amount of money to be left in the dark and eventually get absolutley nothing that you've paid for then these are absolutley the people for you.
