Dropped in a few times when I was in the area and would absolutely recommend. Friendly staff and members who made me feel very welcome and a wide knowledge of experience amongst the staff and a great place to go and train!

Before stepping through the door of Promethean I had never been In a gym environment, straight away I felt very welcomed. Amazing atmosphere, and lots of friendly people. Just what you need while feeling anxious, and trying to release fears and expectations of what you think a gym should feel like. A year ago was the best decision I have made on my life's journey so far, and that is with the honest truth. Promthean has given me the encouragement, and constant motivation. I have been pushed to heights I never thought I could reach! I am eternally grateful to Patrick "The big boss"(: and Aileen (Gym Mum) who is the most inspirational person I have met, who does an amazing job running the ladies Muay Thai classes. If your looking for a Freindly, welcoming, Enthusiastic gym I would highly recommend you give Promethean a try! Push your mindset beyond your limits! "Your only Limit Is Your Mind"
