Pretty poor communication, house handed over in dangerous condition. Too keen to meet year end financials leaving a poorly finished home. To be fair, when you point out an issue, they send over an ad hoc tradesperson to correct it but TW is only reactive & not proactive. No evidence of a detailed QC/QA process before handover.

I must say the customer relations manager we are dealing with has been very kind and caring. But unfortunately the rest has been very disappointing and ruining our experience of buying a home. When we got our keys we had a substantial amount of problems more like things that just werent completed or could just tell there was no effort put into the works carried out. One of the big things was our paint work it was the worst thing Ive seen. After the home originally being delayed to then walk into this it was so disappointing, we have now had our keys for near enough 3 weeks and havent spent one night in our home which we worked hard for. Simply this house in our eyes wasnt finished to the standard it should have been for handing keys over. We have had to put off our joiner and carpenter numerous times. Wouldnt wish this experience upon anyone else, especially a young couple buying there first home find a company who is actually going to care what you think and want you to be able to get into your home.
