WARNING you will be shafted with no such lubricants so that they can use your deposit to paint for the new tenant and increase their rent on your behalf. Run away from them or get your white gloves on move in and write down every hair speck or smear you see every grease spot every soap bubble. Be warned!

Till now I am still trying to figure out how this agency still doing business. My experience has proved they are not really knowing what they are doing., Take in consideration I am also a land- lady have a couple of rental properties, and wouldn't advise anyone to use them. I just moved back from Manchester and As I have a flat in town I was staying on it until I got it sold, Luckily I sold my flat very quick After get a close date schedule I started to look for a rental property as I am not planning to buy another property at this stage. I spot a flat early OCT for rent nearby and I went to see the flat , 5 days later I decided to put an offer forward as per my understand they work on basis first come first get served. Not really ... They told me the property is gone was taken, fair enough, " weeks later same property back on the market, I get a bit of confused but anyway I was still looking for a rental so I enquired again, they sounds like never answer emails prompt so I attempted to call , spoke to some one that told me they still was showing the property and would pass all interested to the land-lord sounds strange as per what i know first come first would be served, Ok I may have been mislead by some information, , by 11 NOV one monthly later I got a email saying my application was not successful . But I never done a proper application I have not provide or disclosure any financial information , they didn't get enough info to do a credit check, they didn't check my old reference as I was paying over 1200 per monthly in Manchester, So I wonder what would be the principle of decline me as a Tenant? right now I have no idea what the criteria of this agency are. Disappointing and I hope the other state agency in town is a bit more useful and professional when dealing with rental properties.
