First class company who know how to take care of you and guide you through the process until the day of burial or cremation. They recently handled my dad's funeral and the support they gave to myself and the professionalism was outstanding. They are so compassionate and really listened to what I wanted for dad's send off. Adding music, using my own musician, displaying and handing out the person keepsakes to the attendees. It was just so perfect and I'm very grateful I chose them. My late wife Roses funeral was dealt with in a very professional, sensitive and empathetic way. My family and I were given great comfort by the ease in which all aspects of the funeral were dealt with. We were given all the information we needed and the arrangements were made in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Thos. A real family feeling they look after you and your loved one with a lot of feeling and understanding. No question you ask them is silly it might be silly to you but they find it if it matters to you it matters to them. Our family have used them for many many years when they only had the Bo'ness premises so it has been as much as a family business to us as it is to them.
