I was looking for a one off deep clean service as I was having guests coming over to stay and hadn't had a chance to properly clean due to work. I found Moirs and emailed them for a quote. The reply was quick and clear and after a phone call, a meeting was set up for someone to come over to our house to give us an accurate quote after having a look around. The meeting went ok, and she quoted us 245.70 for a 7.5 hours job with 2 ladies. This was much more than we expected and could afford (we live in a 4 bedroom house) and called back to ask if we could limit it to 5 hours only. The reply was she was going to revise the quote and email me back with an updated one. 5 days later still no word so I gave them a ring (at this point it was 2 days to the day that I needed the house to be cleaned) and was told that it was currently being worked on and that I would get it by the end of the day. I also confirmed with the lady herself that the cleaning session was definitely confirmed in 2 days to which she said yes. Next day I had to ring again to ask about the quote and wanted to confirm what time they were coming. Said that she would ring me back in 5 minutes. Half an hour later, I tried calling again and it went to voicemail. Managed to get another number from the internet where another lady answered and was told that she had left 20 minutes ago and there was no cleaning session booked for me the next day!!! I demanded an explanation and all they could say was it was never confirmed. I am very upset as this has ruined all my plans (it also happens to be on my birthday) and they seemed to not care at all! Very disappointing as I initially thought they were courteous and professional and I don't even know why it suddenly changed
