I am a 3rd year photography student in Edinburgh and for a module I was asked to photograph an establishment and I chose Snapdragon for my project. I got into contact with them and explained my idea and they were so incredibly welcoming and up for helping me with my project. I went in three times and each time the staff were so welcoming and accommodating when I told them about the photos that I wanted to take. The staff are all lovely and the shop is beautiful- hence why I chose it for my final project. Thank you again to Snapdragon and all the staff for being so amazing!

Amazing what good customer service can do. Had a slight hiccup with my online order which could have resulted in a disappointing experience, but Cathie went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She clearly puts her customers first, and I will not hesitate recommending Snapdragon to those looking for lovely flowers from a great team. Most grateful for the bouquet, Cathie, will definitely be back
