        Misplaced the charger for my laptop the other day. Needed to get another one asap. The gentleman was very kind, checked my laptop, showed me two options I could go for with good recommendations. He made sure it was working fine and I am very pleased with my purchase and experience. Will definitely keep this place in mind next time I have an issue. :)

        I'd heard some good things from others who have used their services in the past, usually with cracked screens or other issues. When the time came that I needed a failed internal part replaced on my phone, it was no drama for User2. It was diagnosed and identified in minutes, and fixed ahead of schedule without any fuss. Saved me a handful of by not having to replace a perfectly good phone.
