Sharon was able to reconnect my printer for me today.I had tried to reinstall it on several occasions but had been unsuccessful.I had been on the point of "binning" it but thanks to Sharon it is up and running again.She arrived spot on time, is a very pleasant young lady and the cost was minimal.

Sharon came to the house to watch the laptop issues first hand. She took it to the workshop and kept me I formed of the issues, solutions and costs. Sharon returned my laptop in 36 hours and took the time to start the laptop, talked me through the updates. and make sure all was well. I'm not sure how long I have been a Direct Technology customer, but it's been a good few years. Throughout this time Sharon, and her staff, have sorted many a PC related problem on my behalf. It doesn't really matter if it's a technical issue, an upgrade, purchasing a new piece of technology, or even some technical advice; Direct Technology always deliver; no matter what I throw at them. Simply put, whatever it is; it gets done quickly, professionally, with the utmost of technical competence and for some pretty amazing prices. Seriously, why go anywhere else?
