        George treated me for a frozen shoulder, couldn't be happier with the result. I am on a budget but didn't want to wait for the NHS so had a consultation with George who said that he could help and not break the bank. I had hands on treatment and exercises that I carried out between treatments. With simple parameters set to ensure that I did not cause more harm than good I went from barely being able to touch my head with my hand to being able to fully reach up with my arm within a few months. I will definitely use Physioflex in the future for any problems or a massage.

        I have had 2 sessions with Sean so far. It was a very relaxed atmosphere with Sean putting me at ease. He is very knowledgeable and explains the reasoning behind the techniques he carries out. I feel so much better after seeing him.

        Superb service - I have seen Caroline here (lead physio) and Stewart (Massage therapist) - excellent, really helped my neck mobility issues and general stiffness
