Did not have a good after sales experience. A number of issues with the car. Most of which remained unresolved by the end of the warranty period. No attempt to diagnose the issues other than a quick drive in it. Im now going to have to fork out to fix the issues myself despite them being present during the warranty.

Went here to buy a car with my wife , staff very friendly, professional and couldnt do enough for us, including walking our dog whilst we took the car for a test drive - we received a far superior service compared to some of the mainstream so called big dealers and I have used many over the years! Car was delivered, bonus! After care and customer support has been amazing, car was better priced than any similar cars on the market! 100% recommended BRG auto hub. AAA++++

Agreed to view a car at a set time, the car wasn't available when I turned up, agreed another time to be confirmed, it's now 6 days after and still no contact. Very poor service. After reading their response I'm amazed at their lies! I met a man on Saturday when I was due to view the car, he told me that it was in for a water pump and I could view it on Monday and took my name and number saying I'd be called first thing. 1030 came on Monday and no phone call so I called them, Toni answered and said the car would be able to be seen later that day and even asked what time I was available and that they'd call me later. That's the last I've heard from them, at no point did I view the car or have any discussion about a deposit! Yet no contact for 6 days until I review them, then suddenly lies. I've since bought a Porsche at J Hair motors
