I bought a MWB Crafter about 7 months ago, and it has got a few faults which I booked in to get fix under warranty.
So the van was in for one day, and I got a call to come collect it. They said the battery was a bit low, but we have charged it up, and it should be fine. was told there was nothing wrong with the starter motor even though it's really hard to start day or night
Had it back only one day, and all the lights came back on the dashboard, so I called again to book it in but told them I will need a van this time as we wouldn't be able to run our business with a van down, so we agreed they would deliver and collect our van a few days later.
VW donnelly arranged to collect the van between 8.30 & 9.00 am but no-one showed up until near 11.00am.
But not only did they turn up late, but they showed up with a SWB van .
To be 100% honest, it was like they didn't want to know you because it was warranty work..
I'm very disappointed as we have another 3 van on order, which I'm unsure if our business wants to deal with Donnellys anymore
