Arranged to see a car the next day with the intention of buying if in good quality. Was not told a specific time needed to be arranged, just told to call up and take it for a test drive. Went out of my way to organise childcare for my baby and working hours to call up to be told I could not drive the car nor buy the car as someone had called AFTER me to arrange to see it an hour after I had arrived. Not too sure if they were snobby and did not like the look of me (messy mum just of the school run) or if there's Very poor communication between staff but car got sold to that person. what a massive waste of my time and effort!
