        I made a claim with TRS further to which they provided me with a replacement phone. I've just changed network providers and my new provider has confirmed that the refurbished phone TRS provided me with was blacklisted before I received it! I've not managed to get a response from TRS despite my many attempts to reach out. I would not recommend, and even less trust TRS!
