Soles with Heart

Ask for a shoe size to be shown a bigger size. Not a lot of variety in women's shoes. Expensive as well.

Other than the fact that it is just really good fun shopping in this store, the customer service is incredible. My husband bought me a cute handbag from the store and there was an issue with the strap after one use (it must have been a lose thread, but the strap came off). I went back to the store to ask for advice on how to repair it. They offered to send it to their repair shop that evening right after they closed. They couldn't guarantee that it would be repaired that night, but they said that they would try. They must have worked very quickly at closing their store to get to the repair shop in time before it closed because it was repaired that evening...and they picked it up first thing in the morning! I thought I would have to wait ages for the repair but an evening turn around is very impressive. Thank you for all your efforts to make a happy customer even happier!
