My consultation with Dr zack yesterday felt robotic, mechanical and transactional. Although it was a paid consultation he didnt seek permission to have a trainee and an admin person present. There was a lot of inappropriate questioning, a lack of empathy and no positive rapport building. In hindsight, I regret doing the appt. Ive not not had such a bad experience before or met a doctor so unprofessional. At one point he was also abrupt and cut me off, he was reluctant to answer my questions.

First time receiving fillers and Im thrilled with my results. I wanted to enhance, rejuvenate and look as natural as possible. Love love love and whilst Ive had compliments on how glam I look, nobody can tell exactly what Ive had done. Thats the perfect outcome for me! Im so happy.

Best in the world! The only Dr who I trust is Dr.Zack! He is a gem! I had an unsuccessful tear trough filler session with someone els about 4 months ago and I was stressed about it. but Dr.Zack resolved my issue and I have done derma tear trough treatment yesterday with him. I am very happy with the result! Special thanks to Ms Allice for the great assistance

Ive been here several times for treatment. Always a great experience. Excellent friendly & polite customer service from Kirsty on the emails, right through to the reception team on the day & the professional medical trainers. I was a little apprehensive at first because its people being trained but everyone has a medical background & I have always had excellent results.
