I had a good experience up until my 3rd session of facial treatment, they used lazer for acne and it ended up burning my skin, so now Im left with scars on top of that this has made me so depressed

Purchased a package. Managed to do one of the treatments and then showed up for a following one. I then ended up under investigation for a long term health condition. They said they couldnt continue the treatment because of this and the medication I was on. Said I could restart with consent from my medical professional. None of the consultants were unwilling to do so as they said they were unfamiliar with the treatments. Ultimately I have now gone in remission but still dont have consultants sign off - they did say try a patch test which I asked Elevatione if I could and wasnt taken up so I then reverted to asking what alternative treatments I could have as if you know their prices its quite the investment. Now Elevatione say I have to provide proof my medical consultations said I wasnt able to have the treatments. Total waste of money and whatever you do dont phone them - put it all in writing.

I cannot recommend Stacia enough. As a PoC I have struggled to find someone who understands the nuances of our melanin rich skin. She absolutely does. Invaluable advice, extremely knowledgeable, wonderful treatment and a hoot to boot! I felt absolutely spoiled! 10 to her and some of the other ladies that looked after me. I have now concluded my treatment and I will say that the treatment worked for me. I definitely saw an improvement in my hyperpigmentation from acne scarring. As for the treatment prices, I have now researched and found that the price discrepancy is not justified in my opinion. A standard round of micro needling treatment is around 150-220, however if you have the same treatment at Elevatione it works out to 312.50!!!! You may not appreciate this when signing up as it is broken down into 13 payments for 8 treatments. You will also end up in a situation where you are paying for treatments for 5 months after your treatments have ended! There is far better value elsewhere. That being said, microdneedling has definitely worked for me. I'll just take it up elsewhere.

Last week my therapist was Irena who was very helpful. She has a lot of knowledge for someone so young. She was extremely patient with me and I really enjoyed my session with her. She has a very pleasant manner with clients. I wish her all the best for the future.

Be watchful as the receptionist Simone is extremely unhelpful and doesnt answer the calls and disconnects the calls, gives wrong information and not happy to help,she is indeed a disgrace to the company and letting the whole team down and should not be associated with the brand as its tarnishing the image of the brand,she was extre rude and unhelpful and also lied stating there is no manager available until next year and the salon is closed which is not true when I speak to customer service team,I hope this is been looked into so that we as customer dont face issues like this
