Dr C Ola's Practice

It's a joke of a practice since Dr ola left. I'm actually on the look out for another surgery to register with. I'm not going to jeopardise with my health and that of my family. We now rely on A and E for treatment. Really sad

Since Dr Ola has not been in control at the surgery it has gone from 5 star to a 1 star practice, if that. I am a high risk patient and they don't even know who I am. Can't remember the last time I saw a GP, even a phone consultation takes 4 weeks only for it to be cancelled last minute. This practice is BROKEN.

I wouldnt give one star but thats the lowest I could do. This surgery need to update everything from booking an appointment online . I am sick of calling at 8am being on a que to be told when I eventually got through there is no more appointments or getting cut off before I get through and then back in line caller number 10 Please sort this out it never used to be this back at doctors Ola old place ..

Terrible practice. Had the worst experience with an aunt of mine. Doctors always had the wrong information. My aunt had dementia and was not diagnosed for 6 months due to the doctor sending the wrong referrals and wasting time. A number of appointments she was called in for face to face meet, then when getting to the surgery, they say this was a phone appointment.

Not possible to book online appointment.even for telephone consultation,not easy at all.you can die with your problem because the gp is not easyly accessible.
