        I recently visited Arnold Clark in Shiremoor looking for a new Ford Focus. I was greeted by John Urwin who went the extra mile in terms of finding me the right car with low mileage, right specifications and budget. John was very approachable, patient and explained the car functions extremely well. Whilst I was there the managers also introduced themselves and nothing was too much trouble. All in all a stress free process with no pressure to purchase. I highly recommend them!
