No good service, when they deliverd the piano did not help tuning and she told customer have 2 year warranty but when I call and leave message she never reply me! Only took money and after you have trouble about piano , no one help you ,so I hope everyone must be careful, I hope every one must to go perfection piano shop, when you ask about piano knowledge I think they can give explanation but in here that women can not understand and can not give you answers! A Terrible buying experience from here!!

We asked this company to move a piano and whether they would be working in present times. They said yes, no problem as long as we adhered to social distancing. I cleared the whole area, ready for the grand piano to be picked up, without anythign eneding to be touched, arranged my day around the agreed time, nobody came. I called the company after about 1 hour of waiting, nobody answered initially, then a lady rang me back to tell me the movers were not coming. So I asked when she was going to tell me this as all preparations had been made and I had already been waiting for over 1 hour. She came up with some excuses, it appears they were not going to tell me at all. I talked to the buyer of the piano, who confirmed with me he was told yesterday, less than 15 hours ago, that everything was still go ahead and had been confirmed. This would not have been an issue had we not been specifically assure that a) theyw ere operating and happy to do the work and b) confirmed they were going to do it only just yesterday! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - SCAM! The also demand cash payments.
