        I have had a pleasant experience of purchasing a new property from Fernham homes in Matfield . The senior sales advisor Jen, is exceptional. She has been very helpful, easy to get hold of and replies to emails prompt. Great communication ! Timescales and deadlines were all kept to throughout the whole process. Service: Home building

        Our experience buying a new build house through Fernham was superb. From the point we met Jen, she was incredibly efficient, patient and knowledgable. The process was fairly simplistic, and communication throughout was faultless. We couldnt be happier with the finish of the property, Fernham really have set themselves in a different league to other new build homes we have experienced. Timescales and deadlines were all kept to throughout the whole process- something we were very impressed with in the current climate.         House purchase from Fernham Homes was fast and easy. There was one person in particular, from the Westerham branch, Joan Barratt who was just amazing. Relies to questions were always prompt, she was easy to get hold of and communicated well. Anything that needed to clarified was done so quickly and efficiently. Now in a beautiful new home! Couldnt be better
