I called to make an appointment at this clinic. I was told my Denplan would not cover the treatment I was looking for (when Denplan had told me I was covered by my Corporate plan). I made an appointment anyway with the intention of getting written confirmation from Denplan. I receivedno text or email confirmation and when I called back to cancel an unfriendly person at the other end of the phone once again said I was not covered for the treatment. I have not set foot in the door of this practice and I have decided to go elsewhere because of the unfriendly and wrong reception I have received from the so called receptionists at this clinic.

I have been with Haynes Dentist Clinic for 20 Years plus, EVERY Dentist i have seen has been excellent, recently i required treatment for a Wisdom Tooth causing me grieve, Ellie my new recent Dentist in this instant had to refer me for a Hospital Appointment due to my Health Issues, but done everything possibly could and prescribed me with Antibiotics. All the care i have received over the many years has been absolutely 1st Class, the Receptionists have been excellent too, i always receive early text reminders before any upcoming appointments, and calls to confirm appointment before day i'm due to attend 10/10. Ellie my new Dentist has been fantastic, my previous Dentist Emily was also fantastic!!! I feel nothing but at ease and 100% assured and comfortable whatever treatment i have had over the many years, can say without any hesitation i fully recommend Haynes Dental Clinic.
