A LIFESAVER! After my illness I'm left with limited mobility, weight gain, and marked muscle loss in my back which has made even walking and standing painful. Everyone there is so kind & helpful and the exercise is calming. Since attending it's giving me back what I'd lost - I can't recommend this enough. Thank you x
