Bill is fantastic ! I went in for a new battery for my car fob, which had been glued shut. Id managed to prise it partially open, and he managed to get the new battery in without a fuss. He was so helpful ! I also took my boots in, as the zip had broken. I collected them, all fixed, the next day. Hed stitched over a break in the seam, given them a polish and they looked brand new! Super helpful, really friendly. Thank you so much !

Always excellent service and never charges that much. This man has done so many different things for me over the years and love going it to see his adorable dog. Would never go anywhere else.

I took a pair of hush puppy 'victorian style' boots here. I was told by Timpsons they would need to be sent off at a cost of 36.00. The heel on these boots is held in place by 3 long screws which then attach to a plate on the insole, they had lifted out of the heel which needed repairing. I left them with him for a day and he repaired them within 24hrs. When I asked how much he said 10, so I gave him 15 as he'd done such a superb job. I recommended him to by dad to repair a pair of shoes where the stitching had failed and again a superb job. I won't be going anywhere else to get shoes repaired in the future, really reasonably priced and very good at what he does.
