I am being requested to provide a reference, i replied back stating i am away until X and i will provide a reference when i have the facts in front of me.... no reply to my email - just emails over and over requesting a reference... Very poor service.

I have worked with tenant screening for many years and thoroughly recommend. It is always to get through to them on the phone too if you need to put a rush on a reference. I feel they value me as a client and I am not just an anonymous person as so often is the case

I have used tenant screening for many years for my letting business and have been delighted with their service. They are quick to get my screening back, and go over and above for their clients . Hannah Tyler the manager is always so helpfu, and an pleasure to deal with, and always goes out of her way to help . I would highly recommend tenant screening to anyone wanting tenant referencing .
