        I had an over-tightened sump plug that had worn the sump's threads, meaning the plug was slightly loose and spinning on the spot - so I rang SCR Autos (among others) and asked if they could drill it out & retap it, to which it was no problem. The price was a bit less than some garages quote so that was a bonus too! Plus, the guy that took my call sounded confident & sure of what he was saying, so that's what gave me a good feeling about this garage. A week later, only 5 hours after dropping it off at 09:00 (he had a lot of cars he was working on so that's a great turnaround in my opinion), it was ready! They'd done the job and done it great! Thanks guys :)
