        Visited today to return a hot cup that unfortunately would screw closed ,was very happy to get another of the same ( Tower ) that worked perfectly and would like to mention that the member of staff that helped with the return her name was Katya !! Was super friendly, confident smiley and really polite in helping me and sorting the problem out ,much appreciated Katya your a credit to the store .Thanks

        This store needs more staff or a customer service section. It is extremely busy (granted it is a bank holiday so we expect it to be so) but 3 cashier's on and all of them doing returns, which they allow to bypass the queue. This needs resolving.
