Whether you are looking to get to know yourself a little bit better, or trying to figure out the behaviour and psychology of intricately woven female - male relations Katherine is someone that we all need at some point in our life. I would sincerely recommend a one-to-one or if that is not your thing - at least attend one of her workshops or talks. She has this ability to unfold complexity, gives you practical advice and leaves you empowered and aware. And that is why I will always recommend her.

Weve had the pleasure of working with Kathrine on the last two ANBU (Abuse Never Becomes Us) UK events, where Kathrine as guest speaker shared her insights and expertise on the impacts of trauma and in particular, within relationships. Without a doubt shes been instrumental in instigating transformations at scale for so many in the community, look forward to hearing more about her engagement with communities and beyond!

I cannot recommend Katherine enough to anyone who is looking to let go of old limiting patterns and creating new possibilities in their relationships. Not only have I gained a deeper understanding of my own behaviours, thoughts and patterns in romantic relationships. I have now got ways to move forward from these. I appreciate myself more than ever. I am clear on my self worth. I have learned to communicate in a new way and have healthy boundaries. Katherine does not let you get away with anything and is simply a breath of fresh air.
