        I started training with Andy in may I didn't know what to expect,i wanted to lose weight and tone up i lost a stone in 8 weeks I was amazed , turning up for my first session I was nervous but excited about a new challenge Andy was very supportive and helped me along to reach my goals, there were days when I found it tough going but he was there to give me a lift when I needed it,every session was different and enjoyable, having personal training sessions with Andy was one of the best things I have done and I am looking forward to more in the future, I would recommend him to anyone.
