I have been a customer most of my life. Always a good experience. Polite and friendly staff who are knowledgeable. Always remember Mr Kemp himself doing my eye tests. I wouldn't go anywhere else for anything eye related.

I had three cranial operations last year fought for my life All my spectacles are useless when they break so easily I have glaucoma in the family no glasses or eye exams I'm shocked would not recommend

I just called herries road branch to get my glasses repaired. Very helpful staff. Repaired immediately and no charge at all. Thank you MKO herries road branch
