        We bought a watch online and it was delivered to the shop for collection. It was adjusted to fit by the salesman and the whole service was very good.

        They sell items on the website that can only be ordered online, sorry but when I am spending over 1000 on a watch I want to see/try it first. I went to store but I wasn't spending 3k plus so they didn't want to know. I ended up going to another high street jeweler who was happy to help.
