Very disappointing experience here which surprised me as this place came recommended from friends. I was experiencing quite intense pinching pains around the top of my back and into my neck, so arranged what I was told would be a consultation with "some work very likely" at a cost of 56. I arrived to the appointment and the chap that saw me, as friendly as he was, simply asked me some basic questions and then for a few minutes checked my reflexes. He then advised that I probably had some damage to spinal discs (I have since been told only an x-ray would confirm this) and recommended I book a block of 6 sessions at 35 a session and advised two a week. I booked the dates when leaving but told the receptionist I was expecting some work today to which she replied "sometimes you do get some work and sometimes you dont, it depends what they find" - very baffling as I was in quite some pain and they were keen to book me in on dates weeks in advance; presumably they were sure that they would "find something" on those dates? Very bizarre and I felt quite hoodwinked. I did not go any further with this practice and pursued help elsewhere which proved a success.

Excellent treatment always received from a very professional team, I have been with Lone for around 4 years now from the initial consultation and she is absolutely amazing dealing with my neck problem. I cannot recommend highly enough.
