I had amazing customer service and they went above and beyond. The last Tonie box was a little tatty and they were unable to get hold of me to tell me, so they sent an extra Tonie character and a Tonie bag! My niece was super happy with her gifts! Cannot thank Wendy enough. Very rare to get service like this in this day and age! Shame I live so far as would have loved to visit the shop in person as it looks very interesting. Thanks again Wendy!

Having looked on their website, I decided to visit their shop. I found Wendy very helpful and was surprised at how many products they stocked . I bought the Mooni garden speaker and retro style record player.... both of which are fantastic. I will definitely be booking a shopping appointment again .

Design Essentials went above and beyond helping in deciding which desk to purchase. Listening to our needs, talking through different options and sharing additional photos. Really impressed and Id definitely recommend and will be buying from them again in the future.
