        Falsely advertised a property as chain free which caused us a lot of stress when we believed that the chain were ready to exchange contracts. When confronted they denied this despite clear evidence on their website that the property was advertised with no onward chain. They persisted with lies regarding this property allowing us to believe that exchange of contracts would take place each day for two weeks - causing us to be packed up in boxes and left in the lurch a day before the set move day. I would steer clear of these agents.
