I was in Istanbul when doing this project and Yakoub provided me peace on minds to see how he deliver his promises. He made some mistakes but listen to the clients and manage to get back as expected. I have found Gold Tiling Ltd here on Google Maps and the reviews were pretty much flawless. Sounds great, huh? The job to be done was to safely remove section of the tiling and replace one tile with the cut out with one saved from the patch. Initial conversation was prompt and courteous, I was assured that the job can be done. On the day a person has been sent out who didnt manage to deliver on any of the promises. The tile has been crushed (hammer and chisel), chipped tiles on both sides remaining and left residue on the underlay ply. I was asked to pay full price for the (rather unsatisfactory) service provided. The explanation I was given was I had called the man yesterday he said very hard to remove that tiles. I hope the company will take this response on board.
