Globe Motors

My husband arranged an appointment for a diagnostic (a run through and find any problems with the car including tires or even windows) with this company. He took time off work and even asking them to rearrange the slot as we were held back - which they agreed to. Just to be turned away as he got there. You knew that you was going to review an old car, why waste people's time? If you do not have experience diagnosing an old car, just say that and we would of tried other services someplace else. As a mechanic, you couldn't even check the tires (even though it wasn't the problem?). Instead, the person said to my husband "I don't want to damage my 10k machine on your car". For a diagnostic? It was a very inconsiderate thing to say to customers who seek your services for basic help and it was very unprofessional. You could of said "Sorry, my machine is not compatible with diagnosing your vehicle" This low level standard of customer service should be re-evaluated.

Took my car to globe motors for body repair and they done a fantastic job. My car looking fresh and new just how I got it. They also checked my brakes for free as my car was making a weird nose and was advised promptly. Very reliable garage and nice staff.

So a great find by help of RAC. My car broken middle of the high street. Had to call RAC for help, shame it couldn't be fixed on the spot so had to be recovered to garage. After calling 2 garages whom didn't want to help, so I find Globe Motors who instantly books me in speaking with RAC and I was back on the road the next day.. t can't thank enough the team at Globe. Definitely coming back to get MOT done in next few weeks. Great Job guys.. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Really bad mechanic shop wouldnt trust them personally. Werent upfront about prices and messed up my engine in the process. Mosharaf should never touch a car again. Save yourself some pain
