Love this studio for the convenience of 1Rebel outside of central London! Great staff and love the spin class here which isnt available in some other studios.

I go here pretty regularly and I have prepared 6 handy tips to help the people with the one star reviews: 1. You know how they say you need to be on time or you wont get let in? Like over and over again on the loudspeaker? Be on time. That way you will be let in. 2. Try not being late. Instead be on time. 3. Find out when the class starts. Then be in the class at that time. You can also be in class before that time. But you cant be after that time. 4. If they said you need to be in the class early since youre new and need to learn things, be in the class early, since youre new and need to learn things. 5. Dont try and barge in late and interrupt the class because you dont know what youre doing. Instead, be on time. 6. Being on time is the best way to ensure youre not let in because you werent there on time. Thank you for listening to my TED talk.
