This is an excellently equipped gym with enough equipment so that you hardly ever have to wait to use weights racks etc. There is a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere with a diverse and friendly membership.

This is more than a gym, its a community. It has the friendliest atmosphere and Derran and the team are super welcoming and supportive. Since joining a year ago, Ive made the most progress Ive ever made in my life, and its all thanks to the fact RWF is such a friendly and welcoming gym. The facilities are awesome, and theres always coffee on the go. Some one will always say a welcoming hello when you walk in, and theres always room for friendly banter and a laugh. Best gym in Notts for sure!
