The fat lady that works in there is awful. Terrible service. Had to come in 3 times just to get a simple pair of glasses because their employee wasnt working yet she could do it. Bad attitude from her.

Very thorough hearing test. Much better than their big and busy competitor along the road. A very caring establishment.

New glasses ordered and paid for staff very helpful too I was seen very quickly

been 2 weeks waiting for my glasses and still have not recieved them. got them ordered two wednesdays ago, and was told Thursday, then Monday, then Wednesday and now friday. I cannot see properly and being without glasses gives me headaches which the staff are aware of, yet they refuse to give me my glasses even though they have them in. terrible service

Never left a review before but after the service here I had to, overpriced for what you get and they dont even open on time, I had an appointment for 9am its now 9:20 Im still stood outside a closed store waiting, no response from any phone lines
