I instructed Pro design after consulting a few architects. Jack was assigned to us and he has been absolutely brilliant. We had an idea of what we wanted, and Jack was able to implement our wants with some added creativity. The ideas have evolved into something far beyond what we imagined and we are very happy. My partner and I have used ProDesign twice now for plan designs and support with building regulations. We would highly recommend, the service was professional, prompt and they are always on hand to answer all of our questions and queries. We were always kept up to speed with progress and given advice regarding expected timeframes. Extremely knowledgeable and approachable. Cannot fault at all
